Marriage and the Family
What we believe
God established marriage in Eden as a lifelong loving union between a man and a woman, affirmed by Jesus. Christian marriage is a covenant with God and one another, marked by shared faith, love, respect and responsibility. Families nurture children in faith and help each member mature. God’s family embraces and values both married and single people.
The church strengthens healthy families and offers grace, truth and healing where relationships are wounded.
