Privacy Policy
How OneVoice27 Media Ministry collects, uses and protects member information.
Effective: September 2, 2026
1. Purpose and scope
This policy applies to the OneVoice27 Media Ministry member platform operated for the Ceylon Mission of Seventh-day Adventists. The platform supports media sharing, member uploads, small-group and personal ministry lessons, testimonies and prayer requests.
2. Information we collect
We may collect your name, email address, encrypted password, account role, login status, uploads, likes, sharing activity, lesson progress, testimonies and prayer requests. A “remember me” choice creates a secure device token; the platform does not store that token in readable form.
3. How information is used
Information is used to operate member accounts, save progress, count uploads and shares, display ministry participation, manage resources, protect the platform and provide prayer-team access. Activity rankings and monthly champions may display a member’s name and totals to logged-in members.
4. Prayer requests and testimonies
Prayer requests marked “Prayer team only” are available only to administrators and members assigned to the Prayer Team. Public prayer requests and testimonies are not published automatically and may require review. Do not submit another person’s sensitive information without permission.
5. Files and third-party services
Uploaded files are stored with the platform. YouTube videos and online previews may connect to third-party services such as YouTube or Google document viewing, which may process technical information under their own policies.
6. Security, retention and deletion
Reasonable technical and administrative safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Administrators may correct accounts, reset passwords, suspend access and manage content. Members may edit or move their own uploads to the trash; permanent deletion may remove related sharing and like records.
7. Your choices
You may ask an administrator to review, correct or delete your account information, subject to operational, safeguarding and legal requirements. You may turn off remembered login by logging out and may choose private visibility for a prayer request.
8. Contact and changes
Questions may be directed to the OneVoice27 administrator through the Ceylon Mission of Seventh-day Adventists, No. 07 Alfred House Gardens, Colombo 03, Sri Lanka. This policy may be updated when platform functions or legal requirements change.

3. තොරතුරු භාවිතය
ගිණුම් පවත්වාගෙන යාම, ප්රගතිය සුරැකීම, උඩුගත කිරීම් හා බෙදාගැනීම් ගණනය කිරීම, සම්පත් කළමනාකරණය සහ වේදිකාව ආරක්ෂා කිරීම සඳහා තොරතුරු භාවිත වේ. පිවිසි සාමාජිකයන්ට නම සහ ක්රියාකාරකම් සංඛ්යා පෙන්විය හැක.
4. යාච්ඤා ඉල්ලීම් සහ සාක්ෂි
“Prayer team only” ලෙස සලකුණු කළ ඉල්ලීම් පරිපාලකයන්ට සහ Prayer Team ලෙස නම් කළ සාමාජිකයන්ට පමණක් පෙනේ. පොදු ඉල්ලීම් සහ සාක්ෂි ස්වයංක්රීයව ප්රකාශයට පත් නොවේ. වෙනත් අයෙකුගේ සංවේදී තොරතුරු අවසරයකින් තොරව ඉදිරිපත් නොකරන්න.
5. ගොනු සහ බාහිර සේවා
උඩුගත කළ ගොනු වේදිකාවේ ගබඩා වේ. YouTube සහ Google ලේඛන පෙරදසුන් වැනි බාහිර සේවා ඔවුන්ගේම ප්රතිපත්ති අනුව තාක්ෂණික තොරතුරු සකස් කළ හැක.
6. ආරක්ෂාව, රඳවා ගැනීම සහ මකා දැමීම
සාධාරණ ආරක්ෂක පියවර භාවිත කළද සම්පූර්ණ ආරක්ෂාව සහතික කළ නොහැක. පරිපාලකයන්ට ගිණුම් නිවැරදි කිරීම, මුරපද නැවත සකස් කිරීම, ප්රවේශය අත්හිටුවීම සහ අන්තර්ගතය කළමනාකරණය කළ හැක.
7. ඔබගේ තේරීම් සහ සම්බන්ධතාව

3. தகவல்களின் பயன்பாடு
கணக்குகளை இயக்குதல், முன்னேற்றத்தைச் சேமித்தல், பதிவேற்றங்களையும் பகிர்வுகளையும் எண்ணுதல், வளங்களை நிர்வகித்தல் மற்றும் தளத்தைப் பாதுகாத்தல் ஆகியவற்றிற்குத் தகவல்கள் பயன்படுகின்றன. உள்நுழைந்த உறுப்பினர்களுக்கு பெயரும் செயற்பாட்டு எண்ணிக்கைகளும் காட்டப்படலாம்.
4. ஜெப விண்ணப்பங்களும் சாட்சிகளும்
“Prayer team only” எனத் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்ட விண்ணப்பங்களை நிர்வாகிகளும் Prayer Team உறுப்பினர்களும் மட்டுமே காணலாம். பொது விண்ணப்பங்களும் சாட்சிகளும் தானாக வெளியிடப்படாது. மற்றவர்களின் நுணுக்கமான தகவல்களை அனுமதியின்றி சமர்ப்பிக்க வேண்டாம்.
5. கோப்புகளும் வெளிச்சேவைகளும்
பதிவேற்றப்பட்ட கோப்புகள் தளத்தில் சேமிக்கப்படுகின்றன. YouTube மற்றும் Google ஆவண முன்னோட்டம் போன்ற வெளிச்சேவைகள் தங்களது கொள்கைகளின்படி தொழில்நுட்பத் தகவல்களைச் செயலாக்கலாம்.
6. பாதுகாப்பு, சேமிப்பு மற்றும் நீக்கம்
நியாயமான பாதுகாப்பு நடவடிக்கைகள் பயன்படுத்தப்பட்டாலும் முழுமையான பாதுகாப்பை உறுதி செய்ய முடியாது. நிர்வாகிகள் கணக்குகளைத் திருத்தவும், கடவுச்சொற்களை மாற்றவும், அணுகலை நிறுத்தவும், உள்ளடக்கத்தை நிர்வகிக்கவும் முடியும்.
