Terms of Service

Effective: September 2, 2026

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By creating an account or using this platform, you agree to these terms. The platform is intended primarily for authorised church members and ministry workers. You must provide accurate account information and keep your login secure.

2. Permitted ministry use

You may use approved resources for lawful personal, church, small-group and digital ministry. You may download and share resources through available tools while respecting copyright, privacy and the intended message.

3. Member uploads

You may upload only content you created or have permission to use. Do not upload unlawful, harmful, deceptive, defamatory, discriminatory, sexually explicit or malware-containing material. Administrators may review, edit, hide, move to trash or permanently delete content that does not meet these requirements.

4. Sharing and statistics

Sharing actions may be counted for your account and used in dashboards, rankings and monthly recognition. Do not manipulate counts, create false activity or use automated sharing. Recognition is intended to encourage ministry, not competition.

5. Prayer, testimony and confidentiality

Prayer Team members must protect private requests and must not copy, publish or discuss them outside authorised ministry care. A Prayer Team assignment does not grant administrator rights. Testimonies and public prayer requests may be reviewed before publication.

6. Accounts and administration

Administrators may create accounts, assign roles, reset regular member passwords, suspend access and manage resources. You are responsible for activity under your account and should log out on shared devices. Access may be limited or terminated for misuse.

7. Third-party services and availability

YouTube, document viewers and social-sharing applications operate under separate terms. The platform may occasionally be unavailable and features may change. No uninterrupted service or compatibility with every device is guaranteed.

8. Disclaimer and responsibility

Resources support ministry and education and are not professional legal, medical or financial advice. To the extent permitted by law, the Ceylon Mission is not responsible for losses caused by misuse, unauthorised sharing, third-party services or events beyond reasonable control.

9. Changes and governing principles

These terms may be updated as the platform develops. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the revised terms. These terms are interpreted in accordance with applicable laws of Sri Lanka and the policies of the Ceylon Mission of Seventh-day Adventists.

1. පිළිගැනීම සහ සුදුසුකම

ගිණුමක් සාදා හෝ මෙම වේදිකාව භාවිත කිරීමෙන් ඔබ මෙම කොන්දේසි පිළිගනී. මෙය ප්‍රධාන වශයෙන් අවසර ලත් සභා සාමාජිකයන් සහ සේවා කාර්ය මණ්ඩලය සඳහාය. නිවැරදි තොරතුරු ලබාදී පිවිසුම් තොරතුරු ආරක්ෂා කරන්න.

2. අවසර ලත් භාවිතය

අනුමත සම්පත් නීත්‍යානුකූල පුද්ගලික, සභා, කුඩා කණ්ඩායම් සහ ඩිජිටල් සේවය සඳහා භාවිත කළ හැක. ප්‍රකාශන හිමිකම් සහ පෞද්ගලිකත්වයට ගරු කළ යුතුය.

3. සාමාජික උඩුගත කිරීම්

ඔබ නිර්මාණය කළ හෝ භාවිතයට අවසර ඇති අන්තර්ගතය පමණක් උඩුගත කරන්න. නීති විරෝධී, හානිකර, වංචනික, අපහාසාත්මක හෝ අනිෂ්ට මෘදුකාංග සහිත දෑ තහනම්ය. පරිපාලකයන්ට එවැනි අන්තර්ගතය සංස්කරණය, සඟවා තැබීම හෝ මකා දැමීම කළ හැක.

4. බෙදාගැනීම් සහ සංඛ්‍යා

බෙදාගැනීම් ගිණුමට සටහන් වී පාලක පුවරු, ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම් සහ මාසික පිළිගැනීම් සඳහා භාවිත විය හැක. ව්‍යාජ ක්‍රියාකාරකම් හෝ ස්වයංක්‍රීය බෙදාගැනීම් තහනම්ය.

5. යාච්ඤාව සහ රහස්‍යභාවය

Prayer Team සාමාජිකයන් පුද්ගලික ඉල්ලීම් රහසිගතව තබාගත යුතු අතර අවසර ලත් සේවා සත්කාරයෙන් පිටත බෙදා නොගත යුතුය. Prayer Team භූමිකාව පරිපාලක බලතල ලබා නොදේ.

6. ගිණුම් සහ පරිපාලනය

පරිපාලකයන්ට ගිණුම් සාදා, භූමිකා පවරා, මුරපද නැවත සකසා, ප්‍රවේශය අත්හිටුවා සහ සම්පත් කළමනාකරණය කළ හැක. වැරදි භාවිතයට ප්‍රවේශය සීමා කළ හැක.

7. බාහිර සේවා සහ වගකීම

YouTube, ලේඛන පෙරදසුන් සහ සමාජ බෙදාගැනීම් වෙනම කොන්දේසි යටතේ ක්‍රියාත්මක වේ. සෑම විටම අඛණ්ඩ සේවාවක් සහතික නොවේ. මෙම කොන්දේසි ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ අදාළ නීති සහ Ceylon Mission ප්‍රතිපත්ති අනුව අර්ථ දක්වනු ලැබේ.

1. ஒப்புதலும் தகுதியும்

கணக்கை உருவாக்குவதன் மூலமோ இந்தத் தளத்தைப் பயன்படுத்துவதன் மூலமோ இவ்விதிமுறைகளை ஏற்கிறீர்கள். இது முதன்மையாக அங்கீகரிக்கப்பட்ட சபை உறுப்பினர்களுக்கும் ஊழியப் பணியாளர்களுக்கும் ஆகும். சரியான தகவலை வழங்கி உள்நுழைவைப் பாதுகாக்க வேண்டும்.

2. அனுமதிக்கப்பட்ட பயன்பாடு

அங்கீகரிக்கப்பட்ட வளங்களை சட்டபூர்வமான தனிப்பட்ட, சபை, சிறுகுழு மற்றும் டிஜிட்டல் ஊழியத்திற்குப் பயன்படுத்தலாம். பதிப்புரிமைக்கும் தனியுரிமைக்கும் மதிப்பளிக்க வேண்டும்.

3. உறுப்பினர் பதிவேற்றங்கள்

நீங்கள் உருவாக்கிய அல்லது பயன்படுத்த அனுமதி பெற்ற உள்ளடக்கத்தை மட்டுமே பதிவேற்ற வேண்டும். சட்டவிரோத, தீங்கு விளைவிக்கும், ஏமாற்றும், அவதூறான அல்லது தீநிரல் கொண்ட உள்ளடக்கம் தடைசெய்யப்படுகிறது. நிர்வாகிகள் அவற்றைத் திருத்த, மறைக்க அல்லது நீக்கலாம்.

4. பகிர்வுகளும் புள்ளிவிவரங்களும்

பகிர்வுகள் உங்கள் கணக்கில் பதிவு செய்யப்பட்டு செயற்பாட்டுப் பலகை, தரவரிசை மற்றும் மாதாந்திர அங்கீகாரத்தில் பயன்படுத்தப்படலாம். போலியான அல்லது தானியங்கி பகிர்வு நடவடிக்கைகள் அனுமதிக்கப்படாது.

5. ஜெபமும் இரகசியத்தன்மையும்

Prayer Team உறுப்பினர்கள் தனிப்பட்ட விண்ணப்பங்களை இரகசியமாகப் பாதுகாக்க வேண்டும். அனுமதிக்கப்பட்ட ஊழியப் பராமரிப்பிற்கு வெளியே அவற்றைப் பகிரக்கூடாது. Prayer Team பங்கு நிர்வாகி அதிகாரத்தை வழங்காது.

6. கணக்குகளும் நிர்வாகமும்

நிர்வாகிகள் கணக்குகளை உருவாக்க, பங்குகளை வழங்க, கடவுச்சொற்களை மாற்ற, அணுகலை நிறுத்த மற்றும் வளங்களை நிர்வகிக்கலாம். தவறான பயன்பாட்டிற்கு அணுகல் கட்டுப்படுத்தப்படலாம்.

7. வெளிச்சேவைகளும் பொறுப்பும்

YouTube, ஆவண முன்னோட்டம் மற்றும் சமூகப் பகிர்வு சேவைகள் தனி விதிமுறைகளின் கீழ் இயங்குகின்றன. இடையறாத சேவை உறுதி செய்யப்படாது. இவ்விதிமுறைகள் இலங்கையின் பொருந்தும் சட்டங்களுக்கும் Ceylon Mission கொள்கைகளுக்கும் அமைவாகப் புரிந்துகொள்ளப்படும்.
